DISCLAIMER: I have never and will likely never give a five-star rating, as perfection is simply too much to ask for. However, at the Wayfair price point for this item, a 75 cm stability ball, it's hard to imagine making a better purchase decision. I am a personal trainer, so I know my equipment, and hopefully, this review helps ease somebody's mind on a purchase. One could easily argue that a ball is a ball, so what separates this one?The Pros:- A very symmetrical spherical shape (no egging or lumps).- It has a good seal, which increases the time between re-inflations.- You can adjust the firmness (as with any ball), with the degree of inflation, but this ball gives you a good range due to having what appears to be good material elasticity, and it's quite firm at 75 cm (max inflation). ***Remember to never over-inflate, leave in direct sunlight or extreme temps..you'll kill the ball's lifespan!!!***- The "sport" texture adds beneficial friction for people that work up a sweat.- The "sport" firmness is simply a preference that I like in this size ball (thinner skinned balls will have a different feel and weight distribution factor--again, a preference thing for the experienced user).- The ball maintains a mild sweet smell, unlike certain others, which you always hear complaints about. The "Cons"?:- The plug is not flush with the surface of the ball, so it sticks out a tad...hardly noticeable, but I'm a picky guy, and I prefer flushness, which my $10 [...] ball actually has on this one. I suppose if I really cared, I could shave down the second plug (they give you two), and try that one...not big enough a deal to me, though.- There will be a slimy, post-manufacturing resin on the rubber, probably part of the production, but also reducing the chances of it from sticking to itself while folded up in shipping. It comes off easily, so it's not so much a con as something about which to be aware.- Impossible to notice on the black model, but I have the 65cm Pearl version of this model, as well, and if sunlight hits the ball, you may notice (or not notice) a few spots on the ball that are darker (thicker) than the rest of the ball, like the increased thickness you might expect to surround the plug for reinforced strength at that spot. I can only conclude that if there are stronger spots, than this excess rubber came from somewhere else it should be, such as distributed evenly around the rest of the ball. This minor flaw may, over time, lead to the demise or decreased life of the ball. However, this issue doesn't seem to affect the feel or performance in any way, so whatever, I guess...this is all conjecture. If I'm not mistaken, the industry leader in quality stability balls is SPRI [...]. However, if you take a look at price difference, and having used SPRI balls many times, I can't justify the extra $$$. Then again, I haven't owned a SPRI ball, so maybe I'm missing something. They probably last a little longer, etc., in a gym setting. Anyway, Happy Shopping!"..." Read more

My wife tells me that the ball is of good quality, but the pump that came with the ball is not. We started filling up the ball with it, but is was not going to well. So we took turn blowing it up by mouth. At the end we tried the pump again & we got the ball filled, but the pump split at tha seem. If you buy the ball, just figure on buying a decent foot pump. As I said the ball is a differant story & that's what she wanted. My wife loves the ball & so does our Grandson."..." Read more

FitBALL Fitball Chair Black with Silver Ball and Pump FitBALL

I have horrible posture and spend all day at my desk. I first tried just an exercise ball, but was constantly tweaking my back when I needed to turn at my desk. So, I figured the ball chair would be good for that, and it is. I did not inflate the ball to the 55" because I'm not that tall, and adjusting the height of the ball using the inflation seems to work well. I have been sitting more upright, and even though my back muscles are a bit sore, it has been a positive change. Doesn't work well on carpet, you need a chair mat."..." Read more

The Bosu ball is top quality and I use it 3-4 times a week. My Personal Trainer has one and has given me a lot of exercises that are not in the booklet but are very helpful to me. I have a serious arthritis condition in my neck and the way my trainer showed me how to exercise the the Bosu Ball has helped my neck mobility better than any exercise that I have tried."..." Read more
