Sporting & Gun Travel Cases

I've owned a 46" for over a decade and a 44" for less than a year. Best over the counter soft cases I've found, and they lock just fine if you slip a pistol case padlock through the 2 zipper pull eyes. Also, the shoulder sling means I can walk all 3 cases to the bench in 1 trip. In my opinion they wear like iron and protect the gun well because I've used the same one as my truck case since I started muzzleloader hunting in '96. But,,,the side pocket is too small, especially when compared to the bellows pocket on their Signature case. The toe also has no boot on it to prevent wear, and you either stand it on it's toe or on it's zipper. And if you compare the 10 year old case against the 10 month old case, the difference in fasteners and leather is appalling. Boyd used to build the finest soft case at any price, they now build them to a price point. But you can't get a better designed and constructed soft case unless you go custom."..."  Read more

well built, well padded dueal pockets for barrel and stock. I've looked everywhere for a quality case for my Beretta Urika takedown- this case fits perfect with about 2 inches to spare on the stock with forarm and retaining nut in place on a 34 inch case It you have this gun, this is the case for you. I bought two of these cases--one for my son's compound bow (which is smaller) and one for my bow. The cases are nicely padded inside, and with the four external latches, the cases stay closed without issue. There are two Velcro straps that are included to keep the bow secure, and the cases has two different slots that you can thread each strap through to get the right fit for your bow. This works out okay, and I was able to get the right fit for both bows. However, I do wish that there were two more straps included and additional thread slots to "perfect" the fit.
