Speakman Anystream 8 Jet Shower Head

I've always enjoyed these shower heads at quality hotels. Now I have one for my home. the design and quality have stood the test of time.

Love this shower head. Have had 6 stream previously and wanted to upgrade when we moved to new home. What a difference! Well made, all metal. Replaced a cheap plastic shower head that broke upon disinstallation.

Got the chrome version and it's beautiful and substantial in weight. Spray strength is great and all sprays useful throughout the whole cycle. I would recommend this to anyone who wants an upgraded shower head in a very timeless and classic look.

Easy to install, this shower head is the best one out there. Like standing under a tropical waterfall! Buy one - you wont regret it!

Out of the box, this shower head is a bit of a paradox. It weighs a ton, feels very solid and exudes quality. Attach it to your shower spout, though, and despite its imposing presence (this thing is BIG) it suddenly seems kinda puny. Even though I have tremendous water pressure in my building, the stream coming out of this head was, to be honest, pretty feeble. On discovering this, I read a few reviews, all of which recommended removing the flow restrictor. I did that (which is not as complicated as most how-tos seem to suggest) and now I couldn't be happier. At full blast, this shower head can paste you against the far wall of the shower. Not that any environmentally conscious person would ever use a shower head at full blast without its flow restrictor in, of course.

I was surprised at how heavy this is, and how big. 2.7 pounds and 4plus inches diameter. It is definitely a big hunk of metal. Fairly simple with choice of 3 sprays. handle glides smoothly. gives a drenching spray. This was touted in a review I read as something one could not do without (wrong!), but it is a nice showerhead. Assuming it will last for my lifetime, the price is right, but there are cheaper alternatives out there that will give you a fine "experience." Other than the price, I find nothing to complain about.

The fact that this design has been around for so long and has been copied by so many other manufacturers suggest that it is one of the best shower heads ever made. I have put one in every house we have lived in.

The best shower anyone will experience alone ! From soft stream to fire hose power. An invigorating way to start your day and soothe sore muscles. Everyone diserves a Speakman!

It is good, but not as good as the old (1970s) Speakman showerhead that was in the original shower. Still better than our other shower in guest bath which is a MasterShower--Invigorating Spray System by Kohler.
