This arrived on time and well packaged. Gave 4 stars instead of 5 because a piece was mildly cracked, but it was on the back side so didn’t matter. Assembly was pretty easy and took maybe half an hour for me to do myself. We have twins that we needed new beds for. We loved how this bed had a headboard so they can store their books and knick-knacks. So we ordered 2 beds, One of the beds was perfect! Took a little time to interpret the instructions, but overall easy to build - just a little time consuming. The second bed, lacked quality control. I was very disappointed. The items themselves seemed to be free of defects, but once the drawers were built and installed, there was a slight gap in all 3 drawers, so they don't close all the way. We triple and quadruple checked the rails and the wheels sat correctly and made sure everything was supposed to be as is, but still, they don't sit right. Not sure why this was but I am including pictures for reference. Now we have one saying "why do I get the broken one" and as a parent you feel awful for picking which twin gets the "Broken one". =(.
