Was not a good choice
Margaret from Panguitch, UT – Verified Buyer
It's my fault...I didn't think that the lack of space for your foot under the edge of the bed would make much difference. Wrong. I am constantly stubbing my toes and my room, which is small to begin with, now seems even smaller. Also, the bed arrived in one horrendously heavy box that the FedEx guy could barely handle and I couldn't handle at all. I had to have him lay it in the front yard then I opened it there and carried it piece by piece into the house, in the rain. Was not a happy girl. It went together fine (had to drill a few pilot holes that seemed to be missing) and feels sturdy. I looked and looked and couldn't find any info as to whether there were two drawers on each side, or just on one side. Just on one side. That's a wasted opportunity for more storage. Would not recommend.

I was looking for a budget friendly platform bed with storage and this fits the bill perfectly. I assembled it by myself in about 3-4 hours. The instructions were easy to follow and the end result looks just like the photos. The bed is very stable and I love having the drawers under the bed. Yes, they're smaller than I would have preferred but I knew the dimensions when I bought the bed. My only small complaint was the size and weight of the box, which I know can't really be helped. I somehow managed to drag it just inside my front door and then had to carry the individual pieces to the bedroom. But the packaging was fine and none of my pieces were damaged. Would definitely recommend this bed!

This bed frame needs to be completely assembled. The directions show you two different ways to assemble depending if you want the drawers on the left or right. Take your time reading the directions to avoid making a mistake. There are a lot of parts within this frame. We also purchased the headboard which really makes this bed nice. The only con is it is very heavy and you will have to completely disassemble it to move it.
Very nice product

Went together fairly easily. Typical installation hardware for a product made of this type of material. The only thing that puzzles me is why they go to the trouble of only adding 2 drawer areas when there's plenty of room for 6! I'll be using those extra 4 areas for long term storage. Just don't attach the big sheets that they give you (that go under the mattress) to the frame. Once the mattress is on top of them, they're not going anywhere anyways.
Platform bed with storage
Mary from Clovis, CA – Verified Buyer
The platform was not difficult to put together. Took my husband about 30 min. The wood is sturdy and no defects were noted. My only complaint is that the drawers are much smaller than I thought they would be. There is a lot of space to utilize and the drawers don't come near the size what I feel they could. We had been looking for a platform bed with storage that was within our budget and this fit the bill. Overall, we are happy with the purchase.

I am not a big fan of particle board, but I knew what I was buying and was limited in my choices due to my son's existing furniture from a Swedish store. The frame, despite being particle board, is actually very sturdy, more so than the Swedish brand, and matched almost exactly the furniture from the Swedish department store. Very pleased about that as there can be big variations of the shades of "white". It looks great with the headboard that is sold separately. I would have to agree with other reviewers that there is a lot of wasted storage under the mattress, BUT one can easily make use of the empty space because the frame uses three long boards (instead of slats, that can be lifted up. It provides perfect storage for items you hardly ever use but don't want to dispose of - the catch is you'd simply have to move the mattress each time you want access.
Nice for the price
Becky from OH
I bought this bed and two matching nightstands for our guestroom. The quality is not great but it's fine for a room that's not used all the time. The small plastic covers they give you to cover the assembly holes don't stay on. Pros: Looks nice. Good price. Cons: Hole covers fall off. Not great quality.

Just right for what I needed. The side drawers are a bit small, but I'm happy they are only on one side since I wanted my bed against the wall. I can keep my spare sheets and blankets in there without any trouble. I didn't have any difficulty with the instructions, but there are a lot of instructions, and you do need two people for parts of the assembly. Overall, I got exactly what I expected with no problems.

I absolutely love my bed. I wanted a queen size day bed and couldn't find one any where. I found this one and I figured I will use it as a day bed because of the location of the draws. It works perfectly. Fits in my bedroom as intended. Comfortable. SLEEK. I LOVE IT!

I knew what I was getting when I ordered this. The bed is solid once it is put together. My only complaint is that some of the guide holes are missing and I didn't have an electric drill. Since this is a budget bed I would expect that a lot of other people that don't either. The missing guide holes probably added about an hour to assembly time (about 3 hours total), but I would still recommend this bed to anyone on a budget.
