However, the directions were awesome. No trouble following them. The end result looks great. I recommend this bedroom set. Just be prepared for a lot of work putting it together. Service Review Received the product in a timely manner. However, the boxes of materials were placed on our front porch only to get snowed on before we realized they were there. Thank goodness everything was wrapped in plastic sufficiently so nothing was damaged Was this helpful? Yes / No

Service Review even I made a special requests on the phone, but the driver still did not call me and sent to the office. On the phone, I requested that they need to call me and also sent to my home first, if I am not at home, the driver can leave with office...... I was in my home for whole day, until 4:45 right before the office closed, I called the office and found out the item was there. unhappy!!!!! >_< Was this helpful? Yes / No
