South Shore Step One Queen Platform Bed

If I could I would gladly return this bed...it is beyond horrible...asembly directions were horrible as well. and it is the worst type of I don't even want to say wood, it's plywood....you cannot put it neatly together because the boards are cut up wrong...it's just a disaster do not buy or you will regret it

My daughter couldnt b happier! Bed is a fantastic value and looks great! Assembly was easy and fairly fast. The particle board had a weird smell when unpacked but that went away in a couple of days. We waited to buy mattress so it worked out fine. Be aired out before anyone slept on it.

I love the looks and everything about this bed. The only thing I hate is that the mattress slides because it is a platform bed. I'm thinking about putting screws or something on the top because the continuous sliding gets old. Also, if you purchase the headboard for this bed it is very flimsy. I had to put a lot of extra screws while connecting it to the bed.

This is a stylish bed that works great when extra storage is needed. It is very sturdy. We decided to use both a mattress and a box spring on the platform and it is so comfortable. The drawers slide well, although they could use a handle to pull them open. The main drawback is the assembly of the bed. It comes in so many pieces. It took us 2 days to put two beds together. The only other issue is that the mattress/boxspring do slide on the platform. Using a mattress and box spring is better since the heaviness prevents slipping. Once it is assembled, it is worth the price and I would recommend it to friends.

The bed is perfect just the right size. My daughter wants on extactly like the one I have. I thought I was goind to have an issue because it sits low to the ground, but its perfect.

I ordered this bed for my daughter. She loves it. It one evening for myself, dad and daughter to assemble it. Don't attempt to asseble or move alone. It went togther perfectly. The quality seems great. It looks better than the picture. I will definately order from this site again. I had no problems anywhere along the line, from order to use.

there was a couple of small broken pieces broken but it was manageble to cover other wise the product was good

The bed looks really nice. We are using a full size mattress and it slips around quite badly. I have a bad back and it is hard to change the sheets due to it being so close to the floor. It serves its purpose I suppose. Our daughter seems quite satisfied.

This bed is used in my room, once put together it is a nice look. Sturdy, durable, headboard needs more stability. Overall, I love it and would recommend it to all.
