I'm really not sure why the frame would be slightly bigger but it is odd. No, I'm sure it's not a queen size. It seems sturdy also. I was nervous because it seems as though this is being marketed as a bed for children on this site, but we bought it anyways. with both of us there is 330+ pounds on the bed and it seems perfectly fine. Hallie from Carrollton, TX	3.0 3/26/2012 Decent for the price The products seemed easy to assemble upon opening the box until I realized some of the pieces were not drilled for the screws yet and I had to do it myself. A bit of a pain. The final product once put together looks exactly as shown but I've started to notice some slight creaking sounds when more than one person is on it. It fits the purpose for her room, but is made of all particle board so it isn't very sturdy. It will work fine for now. good product for the price. Service Review Very heavy for the delivery guy.
