We were happy with this product although the color is much darker in real life than it seems in the pictures. There were a few damaged spots that appear to have originated during shipping. We anticipated that the doors on the side pieces would open in opposite directions but since they were exactly the same piece they both opened to the right which is a little awkward but no biggie. Overall we were happy with the piece and it looks nice. We weren't expecting the lights so that was a nice surprise too.
A Sturdy, sleek looking unit
Wallet Boy from Gaithersburg, MD
Bought this from Wayfair[...] It is incredibly heavy (over 300 pounds if you consider all three components together) and the picture makes it look taller than it is, so make sure you take note of all measurements. Having said that, I really like this unit. Compared to other units for the price, I feel that this piece is more modern looking and more attractive overall. It looks very much like the picture. It's very sturdy. The two middle shelves in the open areas of each tower say they only support 20 pounds each, but I must have over 20 pounds of books on each and it's holding with no problems. I was also able to fit 4 electronic components in the TV stand slots, but again, make sure you know the dimensions of the slots before buying. I found them somewhere (either on this site or somewhere else - can't remember). The TV stand is currently supporting a 40" LCD with room for bookshelf speakers on either side. It says only a 42" TV will fit but it must be able to support more than that. My 40" LCD easily has a foot of space in width to play with.My one complaint is that although very heavy and sturdy, the material is a far cry from wood - which is clear from the description. But the finish seems like it could chip easily if one wasn't careful or has kids. I'm being very delicate and deliberate as I put things on the shelves, but I'm sure I'll stop that as time goes by, and I'm sure a few accidental scratches will occur down the road. [...] I am happy with my purchase.
Looks OK from a distance

You get what you pay for with this product. If you want something substantial, you probably need to invest in solid wood. The veneer on this is paper thin and tears and dings so easily. Also, as mentioned elsewhere, the color is NOT cherry, but walnut! Even the touch-up pen that comes with it for scratches (that should tell you something right there!) says walnut for the color. One of the struts was damaged, but rather than go to the hassle of getting a replacement, we are just going to live with it. Fortunately, this entertainment center is not in our living room, so its OK for holding a second TV in the house. The backing pieces for the bookcases come with tons of holes in them, presumably for wires, yet the backing on the unit under the TV (where video equipment is shown in the picture) has no holes at all!

Great ensemble! I purchased all three pieces and assembled them myself! (I'm a 5' tall 62 yr old woman.)
Beautiful Contemporary Piece

It looks elegant in my living room and fits well in the space. It also accommodates our 55 Inch TV. However the quality of the material is wanting because it scratches very easily. My neighbor loved it in her last visit.
Great Entertainment Center for Large TVs
miatadawn from Chicago, IL
This is a great, affordable entertainment center. It's not solid wood but a laminate that seems to hold up well. I'm very pleased with this purchase. The unit was very time consuming to put together and took about 5 hours total. Instructions weren't very descriptive either. The product description does say this unit is for a 42" TV but we put a 55" LCD and it fits perfectly. As far as weight, the TV is well under the weight limits also.

Love this piece. It is a pain to put together, but we loved the way it turned out.
Nice entertainment center
Rosalie Hoyos from edgewater, NJ– Verified Buyer
It is a nice entertainment center. Has plenty of storage space and was not as difficult to build as I thought is was going to be. I would make sure to check the dimensions of the piece. The height was a little shorter than I thought. I was also able to fit my 47 inch tv in it.
Stylish. Scratches Easy
Ekene from Summerville, SC– Verified Buyer
As the headline says, this product is very stylish and contemporary. It gives our living room a great look. If youre mounting a flat screen in between, make sure your chairs are close to the TV centerline, otherwise, the bookcase towers will be in your way. We put large speakers between the towers and the center tableconsole.

This thing dings easily, and the cheap veneer quickly reveals the particle board underneath it, so much so that it comes with its very own touch-up marker included in the box. I'm not crazy about it, but it'll do. It doesn't look as good as it does in the picture, but it does do the job if you're not TOO picky. Takes a while to put together, so ideally if you don't wanna get too stressed, get three or more people and it will be less of a hassle. On your own, it will take you a good 4-5 hours to get all three pieces done.
