This bed was easy to set up. My brothers were needing a new bed and it was perfect, especially the price. The black Libra Twin Platform beds were set up by a 15 and 16 year old, both, in less that an hour. The instructions aren't necessary if you're smart enough the catch on. After the first, the second took the lease amount of time. You'd also think that the bottom rectangle of the bed is too small according to the top but everything works perfectly just the way it is. Make sure it's tight, I'm 145 and 5'9 1/2" and I don't like to sit on it. It's not the ricketyness of it, it's not rickety at all if you do it right, I don't like how low it is. I'm going to buy them a box spring and the matching headboards because it sits too low to me and yes, I know it's a platform. Yadda, yadda. Overall, it was cheap and it's pressed wood. If you've got a kid over 100 pounds, this ain't for you.

Bought this as a transition for our 3 year old from her toddler bed to a true 'big girl' bed. We wanted something low to the ground and this platform bed was perfect. Assembly was easy. It even comes with a couple corner guards. Couldn't beat it, especially at this price. You can see the unfinished top with the mattress we have on it, but it gets covered by her blanket. It could be painted if it shows.

Love the look of it, has a sturdy platform, bought the twin and queen sizes. The only tging i would change would be to paint the edges of the unfinished platform. I have a regular twin mattress and u can see the edges. .so i am going to paint it. No big deal. Other th as n that very satisfied. Perfect for my son...can definitely grow into this..good for all ages.
Great bed frames for budget shoppers

I bought two of these for my kids. I have the same bed in Queen size and love it. Only downside is the fact that the twins are scaled down.. I for some reason thought it would be taller off the ground. Very minor thing, other than that, great bed frames for the price. I would recommend.

My son is growing so fast.He is about to turn five and he is far from short. At first he wouldn't sleep the whole night in his toddler bed.Now me and my husband can sleep well with out him in our bed....

I had a very easy and pleasant experience with this site. I ordered 3 different beds and they were reasonably priced and easily tracked. I loved no shipping or tax charges as well. I would definitely order from this site again!

This bed was super easy to assemble. It is a little bit larger than a twin mattress but comes with plastic edge guards so you or your child doesn't get scraped. It's perfect for my toddler because it's quite low to the ground.

The instructions and the hardware were easy to assemble although the instructions say not to use a drill to assemble. I found it difficult to just use a phillips screwdriver. However using the drill with a gentle touch tightened the hardware in place perfectly!!! The mattress is a little to short for the platform but we can work around it!!!

In the photo the bed appears to be the same size as a twin mattress. In actuality the platform is larger than a twin mattress. Leaving visible particle board face up. During assembly two of the predrilled holes were in the wrong spot. Holes has to be re-drilled in order to assemble the bed. I might have sent it back but I had already disassembled the toddler bed it was replacing and bed time was looming for a two and a half year old so I proceeded with assembly. It looks okay after I added a bed skirt and dressy Pottery Barn bedding. Next time I will not go by photos. I will look closely at the dimensions prior to purchasing. I made the assumption that something advertised as a twin would in fact fit a twin mattress.

The bed is nice. My problem is that the edge protectors does not adhere (maybe with some gorilla glue it will)
