Sharp looking furniture that's easy to put together. Please do your research on number of drawers in twin vs full. I don't believe the notes on the site are correct. Check the South Shore site. It's 3 drawers on one side for Twin (this is what we got), and I think it's 2 drawers on each side for Full. One thing to note is handles stick out & have sharp corners, so the right fall out of bed or against the furniture could be pretty painful for a little one. My husband and I wanted captains beds for our daughters because of their functionality; however, we found that solid wood captain beds were running over a grand a piece (and we needed two). We decided to try the very affordable Summer Breeze set, and are very happy with these beds for this type of construction. Although not solid wood, they are still of good quality. They are working out just fine for our daughters (5 & 7). Our daughters really love their bookshelf headboards! So if I compare these beds to other furniture made from engineered wood (& not compare them to solid wood beds), the set deserves 5 stars."..."  Read more

I was very impressed with this furniture. For the price you pay, you would be hard pressed to find any better quality. My husband had all the bedroom pieces assembled after only working on them a couple hours over 3 nights. He is good at those type of things though. My little boy loves his furniture. I think this furniture would be best for young kids. It's not a heavy bedroom suite but great to transition from a toddler to teen.
