I find its better Quality the IKEA ones for sure. My son is only 3 but he only wants to sleep in his new bed and he loves what he calls his Man cave speeds hours in there playing whit his toys. Put in some LED lights for him. only thing would have loved to have this bed in Black would have geven 5 stars if there would have been other color to pick from

All the parts where there and no damage anywhere I can see. Delivery was super-fast we have friends that order a bed for their 3 year old before us for some local store and they got at lese 2 weeks after we got our bed ( only took 3 days to get it ) and they had all kinds of problems

The bed is what i expected, being made out of particle board. Does take a while to build, min. 6hrs. My husband did glue as well for additional strength. Came with dings and chips. All pieces were included. Child loves it! bigger space underneath than photo shows. Book shelf is a huge bonus! Dresser drawers a little wobbly, could use more support. overall a good purchase.

Came a week early. Had some damage to the boxes, the bed did have chips and dings in it. ordering, shipping and receiving was easy and prompt.

Its an overall great bed. The only flaw that I think it had was the base of the actual bed. The slabs of wood to hold the mattress is too weak. You need to get a thick piece of plywood to have a stable. For your child can jump on the bed.

We ordered this for our 5 year old son because we wanted to give him space to play/store toys under his bed but without resorting to a bunk bed that is way too high off the ground. This was a perfect compromise. The bed is, of course, mfg wood so it is not very strong on the longest sides of the bed frame. It also scratchs pretty easily and was received with quite a few on the dresser (meaning not packed very well.) The bed took FOREVER to assemble on Christmas Eve (about 5 hours) and I consider myself pretty skilled at putting stuff like this together. But, now that it is done and in his room, I must say that I am overall satisfied. We have a thicker cushion top matress inside the frame and it works well. The storage compartment on the side is nice to hold his remotes and snacks, but, I am afraid it will probably get pulled off eventually from them playing/hanging on it. Again, I knew going into it that it was particle board, so I didn't have high expectations and only expect the bed to last in his room for a few years before we upgrade. Would I buy it again, yes.

Customer service was great. The agent I spoke with was very helpful in obtaining some additional info I needed prior to purchase. She was also willing to price match. Shipping was free when we ordered this bed, which was really nice. UPS split up the shipment and sent two of the three boxes the LONG way around to get here, but, that is not the shippers fault and it didn't matter because we got it all in time for Christmas. I really think the manufacturer needs to add more paper or foam cushion paper between the main boards when packing to help avoid scratchs because UPS does a great job beating them up in transit. Overall, I am satisfied with the service I received.

the product was miss shaped and made out of pressed wood, which is not durable at all, the drawers broke after putting clothes in them and the bed was unable to match up with most of the holes on the dresser top that went with the bed (when placed on top of the dresser for a fort bed). i would not recommend this bed to anyone due to safety and durability! they don't even offer a refund or exchange.

The finished edges were on the incorrect side of two panels, causing us to repeat several steps. There were also screw holes missing for the side shelf and for the support board.

Product Review

My daughter loves this bed, we set it up leaving the open space at the bottom and went out and bought an LED light bar for under there, now she has a special space to play, read, and have other kids over and turn it into a 'bunk bed'.

Service Review

This arrived with some damage to the pieces (it's large and heavy) and there were several pieces of hardware missing. I had to go to a hardware store and spent $15 on the missing pieces to finish assembly.
