Nice, Just Not As Nice As I Had Hoped

First, I have yet to assemble the bed, so I cannot really speak as to how well it was manufactured, or will hold up, and I will have to update that information later. That said, from what I can speak to:
"Assembly required" an understatement
Jack from Buford, GA– Verified Buyer
Bought the nightstands, headboard, and bedframe. The instructions say you need two people and multiple types of screwdrivers. It took two of us 3 hours to assemble the first nightstand and we needed a powerdrill to get through some of the wood panels. It comes with dozens of screws and assembly pieces, all different shapes and sizes. It must have been cheaper to produce this way than to just use one type if screw for the whole thing, which seeems very possible. The furniture looks nice and with the number of screws in it, would probably stand against a hurricane just fine. The color is definitely not charcoal greyish, its dark brown. Overall worth it if you are willing to lose an entire day to assembling it.
Decent piece for the price.

This was the first piece of furniture I ordered for my new house. I needed a nightstand to put beside my bed to collect the random things I use at night (body lotion, Kindle, remote controls for my TV, et cetera) and liked the idea of having two drawers. I needed something black, to go with my bedding, and this is black although it has a slight wood grain that I wasn't really wild about...but I knew it did before I ordered it from the description, so that's my own fault and it really isn't that bad anyway. It's a sturdy little nightstand, but a real pain in the neck to assemble -- you will definitely want a second person, don't try to be independent like me and do it alone, it takes a lot of time and stress and muscle exertion. The drawers glide nicely and don't stick, and the hardware looks very modern. I'm not sure why I liked the open space above the drawers initially, but I often wind up setting my Kindle on it, so I guess it has its conveniences. Shipping was fast, but that's Wayfair for ya, and all the pieces were in the box when it arrived, and it was not damaged in any way. Overall, a decent product, but it's not going to fool anyone into thinking it was terribly expensive.
Looks great - difficult to assemble

Pretty but as quality
Amy from Houston, TX– Verified Buyer
Ordered two of these night stands for my new apt, the finished look is very pretty and modern but the quality of the wood was just not there. The wood would get scratched easiy if you're not careful with it. The tools were ridiculous, the screws were not long enough for us to build it properly and stable so we had to go to lowes to buy longer screws in order for it to hit the other end of the wood correctly. The structure of the nightstand when building was also complicated, didn't give us enough room for big hands to properly screw in anything.
A NIGHTMARE TO ASSEMBLE!!
Extremely disappointed from Brooklyn, NY– Verified Buyer
This makes Ikea look like child's play. I have a great deal of experience assembling furniture and I'm quite a handyman, but this nightstand is simply a nightmare to assemble. It took me 3 hours, blood, sweat, tears, lots of profanity, deep breaths and meditation breaks to get through the assembly of this horrible product.
Pricing suits the bed

This Bed is a good look for a room. Just a little too low so may want to get bed raisers if you want a higher bed. If you are handy then this bed is easy to set up. You 100 need a power screwdriver to install becasue some of the holes are not provided. Took my freind about 35 min to set up so not too bad.

I ordered this nightstand and matching dresser for my 13 year old son. It is very attractive and he likes it a lot. It took him and my husband a few hours to put the both of them together. It wasn't hard - it was just time consuming considering all of the small parts. While we didn't have any missing parts (actually extra bolts and such - unsure why) we did have a board that did not have the holes pre-drilled. I contacted the manufacturer and they sent me the replacement parts right away.
Good product, hard instructions

I bought two nightstands and also bought the dresser that goes along with it. The nightstands were a lot easier to build than the dresser was. Although the top drawer we had to build, my husband had to drill a hole to insert a peg to make the drawer sturdier. We had to do this 4 times! I would recommend to set aside a whole weekend to build these, especially if you're getting the dresser that goes along with it. I was also surprised that the drawer rails were plastic, they seem to work ok, but just weird. Overall they look great and I got what I paid for.

Bought two of these. Ebony is the perfect color description, as they look like a wood piece stained an ebony color, not a dark black coat of paint. You can see the "wood grain" and I believe that adds some sophistication to them. Great size, large enough to really be useful. Love the space below the top for glasses and tablet or magazine...eliminates clutter on top. For the price, you can't expect solid wood, but I'll take these over spending 10x more. Assembly was not bad; just be patient and follow the instructions (which are pictures only). Nickel drawer handles are simple and look nice against the ebony.
