Make sure you use a great glue when putting together the drawers as the construction is not great. We used gorilla glue and it is holding up great. Overall, it is a great bed for the money! I had thought from looking at the picture that the drawers would extend all the way across the width of the bed which they don't and they are not the full depth of the bed. It took my husband the better part of the day to put together, but all in all, everything worked out just fine. However, we did purchase new drawer pulls as noted by other buyers, the pulls that come with the bed have sharp edges that could cut a little one's shins and knees.
