I must also say that the dresser appears to be of very very shoddy workmanship, even when assembled properly the slightest touch causes it to lean. It would be nice if the manufacturer deployed someone to either correct this product or provide a full refund of the investment that my wife and I made, but that seems like such a pipe dream. Will from Las Vegas, NV	2.0 10/23/2011 Horrible Customer Service/Missing Parts Everything I received was in the condition I expected except for a few nicks here and there, except one nightstand came with no hardware whatsoever, or the handle for the drawer. I contacted customer service and sent an email, to which they responded quickly, BUT, they responded with two different emails. One saying to contact the Canada branch directly, and another after saying they would ship the parts ASAP. I emailed both addresses back and have NEVER received a response. I called directly and was given a runaround once and the other time the person told me I could go to [@]. Seriously? I put my nightstand together myself from BOUGHT hardware from where else but [@] and had to buy a similar handle from the same place.
