Knobs on drawers did not secure properly. Luckily I had some screws that were just a smidge larger that were able to do the trick. That's why only 3 stars. I just think the overall quality could have been a little better. Also, what you can't see from the picture on the website is that unfinished particle board is visible around perimeter of mattress. We've got nice Serta mattresses but unless you have a really thick bedspread, the particle board that the mattress sits on will be visible. Service Review Product arrived well packed and unharmed on time. I did have to call the manufacturer because I could not (from the directions) figure out how to remove the drawers. The CSR was very friendly and helpful. Within a minute I had the answer I needed. Was this helpful? Yes / No

Only not so great thing was the knobs for the drawers and the screws used to attach them are not sized correctly. The pilot hole is too big or the screw is too small. My husband was disappointed because of the wood itself. He's thinking that the product will last for a year or two. Service Review It arrived promptly. We called to get a replacement piece which took another 2 weeks to get to us and it was the wrong piece...
