solfit front seat dog barrier
Pat from Montana– Verified Buyer
Put this in my 2014 Ram pick up to keep our German Shorthair in the back when we leave to do shopping. He never tries to get into the front while I'm driving, but when we park, he likes to curl up into the drivers seat. He weighs 75 lbs. and could walk through this or any other barrier if he wanted to, but he is well behaved and respects the barrier. Works great, easy to set up in 5 min., just hook the supplied straps to each headrest and the bottom strap where ever it works best for you on your vehicle. Probably won't work for a poorly trained dog.
Safety for your Pooch !

This dog barrier is the perfect answer to keep you best friend safely in the back seat while you are traveling. My dog is never allowed to ride in the front seat. But, when we were on a long road trip he was scared because of all the 18 wheelers, He would then jump in the front seat. I tried everything to get him to stop. Found this at Wayfair & the problem was solved. It was very easy to install & is made of good quality materials. I would highly recommend to everyone traveling with mans best friend !
Needs to be anchored on drivers side
Donna from Virginia
If this net were anchored on the drivers side I would give it a perfect 10. It's a great idea and a great quality net, but our lab is so smart that she's figured out how to crawl up under the net on the drivers side and hop into the front seat. I'm not sure why it's not strapped down on the passenger side only. If I think long enough I'm sure I can figure out a way to alter it so it will work better. But it really is a great product. In fact, we just bought a second one for my husband's truck.
keep the dog away

I have a mastiff that likes to try and climb up front while driving and I will have to take one hand and try to push her back. Not a whole lot of fun. I will be using this when we go to the vet this month.

This was a fine product. I use it on our pontoon boat to keep the dogs out of the back of the boat which they could easily slip out of the boat (recliners in the back). So it works for what I needed it for.
Great Barrier Net

Both labs (7 & 8 yr. old males) ride in car and neither one of them attempt to climb into front seat at all. It is extremely easy to install and remove when the dogs are not in the SUV. I would recommend product
Front Seat Net Pet Barrier
Jody from Colorado
This does just what I hoped: keeps my dog in the back seat. She is not unruly, so she does not try to claw or chew her way thru the mesh. Now when I have co-workers ride, I don't have to worry about hairy front seats. The height can sometimes be a visibility issue when checking for traffic behind & to the right, so caution is (as always) necessary when lane-changing. I like it & wish I had one a long time ago.

Now on long rides our two little dogs are asleep in the back instead of in my lap making my ride uncomfortable.
OK for the Price

This net is Ok for calm dogs, my girl boxer had no trouble going around it and jumping in the front seat. It is well made and blocks between the seats. For active dogs I would go with the Remington wire barrier.
Rekha from Virginia
A large dog can easily bend this and climb over it, or under it.
