This barrier is an easy fix to keep your dog in the trunk.
Easy to Install but not quite wide enough to contain little dogs.

I like the concept. It's made similar to a front windshield sun shade. Very light weight and easy to install. I owned a metal divider and didn't like the time it took to install it since I take the divider in and out of my SUV often. The only problem is that it is not wide enough. There is space on either side of the head rests for my dogs to climb through. So far my dogs have not tried to slip through, but it is only a matter of time. Once they figure it out, they will be in the front seat with me again.
nice lightweight net barrier

This was easy to set up and take down and it can be collapsed to fit into a storage pouch, which is convenient. It's quite light weight so I'm not convinced it will last forever or that it would stop a moderately determined dog from leaping into the back seat from the cargo area; fortunately, our dogs just need a deterrent.

I have a mid sized suv,, this item is too small to prohibit my 80 lb dog from scaling the cargo area to the back seat. the quality is very good, but this doesn't work for this use.
Our Dog Busted Through It.

First time in the car and our English-American Bulldog, Dexter, jumped right through it. Or over it, I guess. Either way, the plastic middle rod snapped, the mesh folded in half, and Dexter was in the middle row of seats in no time. Otherwise, the mesh is quite transparent, so it's not visually obtrusive, and it was easy to assemble. Unfortunately, against a 70lb bulldog... it didn't stand a chance.
Is is nice to keep your pup safe

It keeps your pet from trying to climb around which means everyone is safer. It keeps the seats from getting torn up and you can get in and out without fighting to keep the pup in.
Best for small dogs and not large

It did not meet my expectations. I was expecting it to be a little sturdier. I have a large doig and he plowed right through it. I would recommend it for smaller dogs.
Excellent barrier for pups

if your dog sumbits based on visual alone, it may work. but if he uses any force whatsoever, he can easily break right through
