Modular Sofas are made of multiple pieces that can be moved and rarranged to create new configurations.

Sleeper Sofas can be transformed into a bed by removing the seat cushions and pulling out a spring mounted frame with mattress.

Stationary Sofas do not have any features allowing it to rock or recline.

Reclining Sofas have the ability to recline in at least one seat.

Convertible Sofas can covert from a couch with a back to a flat surface.

  Modular
Coastal/Tropical: Influenced by styles from overseas. Features rattan, seagrass, wicker, any woven furniture, any furniture adorned with palm trees, seashells, bamboo.
Modern/Contemporary: Features straight or track arms with straight lines across the top and down the arms. These pieces are very simple, extra padding. Can be nontraditional shapes and sizes in entire piece or in arms. Cushions are usually flat and attached the back.
Traditional: Features rolled or slightly curved arms. Many will have nail head or wood inlay along the base and up the arms or have tufted cushions. Most feet are wooden blocks and the top of the back shape is straight across or has a slight hump
Transitional: A bit softer than modern lounges and less ornate than traditional design, transitional chaise lounges feel at home in any outdoor setting.
Casual: Features product that are overstuffed or looks fluffy in nature. Casual products often have pillow top arms, which are fluffy cushions sewn on the top / inside side of the arm and additional pillow top seat cushions that make it very comfortable. Casual style is designed for comfort rather than aesthetics.
Cottage: Features styles that are smaller scale upholstery pieces that are slip covered or pictured in plaid or floral fabrics. Cottage style is NOT leather.
Rustic/Lodge: Features styles that are rugged looking where upholstery piece may have natural wood accents. These are often pictured in darker fabrics or with scenic tapestry pillows that depict an outdoor scene. Frame can look like an actual log
