This sofa is in a lake home. We have had it about 3 years. It still looks good EXCEPT...the "nail" heads have discolored and the arms where your hands rest will not come clean. I had the sofa treated when I bought it and had a professional cleaner come out..twice..they still look terrible.
On the other hand.... We are large people..all of us. This sofa has held up extremely well. I have 14 grandchildren that come and visit and other than a small amount of stuffing bunching on the corner where everyone sits all the time, the sofa still looks great. Still extremely solid.
