My husband and I live in a 3rd floor apartment with a very narrow, winding staircase. We were looking for a loveseat/small sofa that we wouldn't have to hoist over the balcony, and this was perfect. It came in just a week (we live on the east coast and it ships from California. I imagine it would arrive faster if you live on the west coast). It was very simple to assemble, and it's comfortable and looks great, especially for the price. As a note, this sofa is NOT as pink as it looks in the picture. It's a beautiful deep red, which is what we were going for. We requested a swatch before ordering, and we received it in about 3 days.
