SodaStream 1 Liter Carbonating Bottle in Stainless Steel - 1041191011

I received this extra Soda Stream bottle as a part of a Wayfair promotional review. I love my Soda Stream so much that it immediately became apparent that I didn't have nearly enough bottles to make all of the flavors I want to keep on hand. I chose the stainless steel because I had read somewhere that it keeps the liquid cold longer than the plastic, and indeed it seems to. Plus, it just looks cool. I was slightly disappointed, though, because I was *sure* that I'd ordered a two pack for a fabulous price, but only one arrived. That'll teach me to read the descriptions first. I had gotten so excited about finding replacement bottles that I didn't read the description well. Not Wayfair's fault; it was entirely mine. But I was still disappointed.

While I enjoy being able to make my own seltzer, I found that two out of the three bottles I bought fall short of expectations. One lid constantly gets stuck; the metal turns but the plastic does not. The other one does not tighten enough and I have flat seltzer. I've resorted to using one lid and rotating, but that's a real hassle. I will be contacting Soda Stream about this issue and hopefully receive replacements, otherwise I am simply wasting money on making the seltzer at home.
