Love this and our puppy does too. Great on the plane and in our bedroom at night. Easy to assemble. Very attractive and the quality is fantastic.

The leash attached inside is not in a good location. the medium size was too small for my 10 lb dog. My dog did not enjoy this carrier.

I've looked extensively for a travel carrier with wheels as well as handle extension. Ordered one. I liked it and it was here within a few days. Dog liked it, accepted it no problem. Ordered another for his twin. Now we are good to go.

This is a really sturdy product. It was shipped and delivered quickly (I love free shipping), and I had a very easy time putting it together (five minutes at most). I purchased it specifically to bring my dog to work (NYC subways require it, and otherwise I'll have to carry all her weight on my shoulder), but I'm afraid my beagle is still too heavy for it. Instead, I'm giving this to my mother-in-law who has two Maltese - it's more than spacious for the two of them, and will make it much easier on her for trips to the vet, groomer, etc.

This carrier has received more attention from my Yorkie rescue people and the little dogs, than anything else I have ever purchased. I needed to get to Florida for x-mas to see my mother, and I had to take the dogs with me. Southwest was very picky about what would and would not fit under their seats and after much research, a stellar review from a Wayfair customer convinced me to try this carrier, and if it didn't fit the bill, my Petco store was armed with 20 different styles, all of which I had shoved my precious little cargo into over the course of a weekend. The carrier arrived, I opened it, introduced it to my two little canines, and within minutes they were scooting in and out and exploring it, and curling up. I practiced zipping them in, and then tilting it up so they would switch position to ride in a seated position while on wheels,. They seemed to really enjoy it. The day of travel arrived. They scooted in. Were perfect for the entire trip from 8 - 3, when they were able to get out and do there thing at the approved airport rest-stop. There were two things that were not good about the small size carrier - the bar that you insert mid way in the front made the crate not pliable and my chihuahua had to scrap past it each time he got in, and the zipper is sew in wrong in the lower corner, so getting them in and out at the airport, and in one tight situation was almost a "panic" situation. I came home, ordered the next size - medium - which is WAY big for these two and the bar does not obstruct their entry or moving around. It will hold up to 15 pound dog, and these two weigh under 8 lbs together so their is plenty (maybe too much) room for them. This works as a bed, a var seat, a back pack, and an on-wheels carry-on, and most people never noticed they were even there. The wheels rolls wheel, the handle telescopes nicely, and I am glad I had a small blanket to cover the front while waiting outside for my ride in the cold Philadelphia wind. Except for the small size zipper not properly working (and I think I will exchange it for a working zippered small) I think this was fabulous. I put the link up on our RescuemeYorkie website because they all wanted to know where I got it. Well constructed, not a flimsy thing about it. Luxury for a non-luxury price.!! Thank you.!!

Service Review

The first carrier said that shipping was free and I was less than 10 days from x-mas departure and was told by the representative that I would have to pay the enhanced shipping fee - ($23.00) to even possibly get it by 23rd. I paid, and then got emails stating that it would arrive between January 3 - 6th. You can imagine where my blood pressure went. (the reps assured me I would be okay.) On the 22nd it arrived at my front door - just in time. The second time I ordered this item it shipped within a day. I had it in 2 days. No shipping charge, which was lovely. I am wondering what it will cost to return ship the non-working zippered carrier for a replacement. We will see. i am also curious to see if the smaller size with a working zipper will have a different bar height so my little chihuahua-man.

This is a great product. It is much easier for us to use and the pets seems much happier in this than in a conventional animal crate. They can see all around them and dont feel so trapped and closed in. We recommend this product greatly.

I bought this carrier for my 2 cats because I have a bad back. Even my cats like to go places in it. Everyone asks me where I got it. This is the best carrier ever and you wont be disappointed.

I've my carrier for four years, and use it daily. People stop me all the time to find out where I got it, say they need one too! So easy, so comfortable, airline friendly, shopping friendly, my Yorkie weighs 6 pounds, and she fits it just perfectly. I couldn't take her with me most places if I didn't have the Snoozer.

We used this product to bring our 12 lb havanese to florida via jet blue airlines. It was so easy. I tried multiple carriers this is the only carrier that my pet liked and would sit in. It is easy to navigate onto the airplane and easy to lay under the seat. My pet was fine both to and from florida and did not mind staying in the carrier. It allows the pet to look out through the screened zipper compartments and allows pet to move around. I highly recommend this product if you are thinking about bringing your pet with you on an airplane. With the carrier and my pet it weighed about 18 lbs.

Basically the carrier is acceptable, but your Chinese asemblers need to spend a more time securing the velcrow "anchors" around the frame inside the carrier. My large cat is very curious and would pull them off in a minute. They are simpley pinched together resuting in rough edges. Rather than return it to you, we decided to stich heavy duty fabric over the velcrow. That is what your Chinese manufacturer should have done in the 1st place.
