Snoozer Buddy Front Bike Pet Basket - 8500 - X

We have a 10.4 pound Chihuahua/Jack Russell mix. The basket works great! With metal bar at bottom it keeps the basket well above my front tire and holds his weight with no problem. Cesar loves his bike rides!

This is the perfect item to bring our boston/chiauau mix with us on bike rides. She absolutely loves it and gets excited whenever we pull out the basket. The only negative would be the wire support rods at the top of the basket. They tend to be flimsy.

Product Review

The product itself is well constructed, plenty of room for a small dog and lots of storage; however, it does not fit well on the bicycle handlebars. It is not stable when you ride and especially when you turn corners or hit a bump. It needs more straps or other devices to attach it tightly to the bike. I would not recommend unless you have your own idea of how to stabilize.

This basket is surprisingly sturdy and stays in place while riding. I have 2 small Yorkies (3.5 lbs & 5.5 lbs) and they both fit inside. I attached a dual leash attachment to the restraint hook inside of the basket so I can connect both of their harnesses. I highly recommend keeping them strapped in for safety, as my pups love to lean forward to catch the wind in their faces while riding. I love this basket!

The bike basket is really great. We have a 7 lb. Yorkie and he absolutely loves it. It folds flat and is very easy to use.It has been a great asset to us.

I bought this bike pet basket for my Yorkie. I used it for the first time yesterday, and we both had a great time! The basket is very sturdy and easy to attach to my handlebars. At no point was I concerned for my dog's safety. She was very secure in this basket. I put a small blanket in the bottom, as there is not a soft pad in the basket. There is plenty of storage for my keys, phone, treats, etc. The only problem was that my dog whined when I slowed down the bike! I guess she really likes the wind in her hair!

This carrier is great for very very small dogs. My Shitzu/Terrier mix was too big for it. The construction of the basket is fine, but the way it attaches to the bike is very flimsy.

Our puppy enjoys going for rides with us. The basket works beautifully. We do not have to worry about the puppy once she is in the basket and hooked up. Also it does well for hauling groceries. Thank you.
