Smokers

I have 3 grills and the family likes steaks cooked on this smoker grill the best and I agree. Cooked on the upper grill the temperature stays constant and the flames don't touch the meat. Takes a little longer and your not going to get them well done, but if that's the way you want your steaks I have 2 other grills for that, this grill just makes medium rare to medium absolutely perfect. The smoker has a large capacity. We smoked 4 large slabs of ribs and they fit. The smoker is new and used only once. We miss calculated how long it would take to smoke the ribs. We had a hard time getting the temperature to sustain at 190. I saw where many smokers' temperatures run way too high. That won't happen with this one. We'll have to use it a bit more to see if the temps can run a bit hotter. I think it would help if the sidewalls had some sort of insulation."..."  Read more

GREAT SMOKER FOR SMALL TO MEDIUM AMOUNTS OF FOOD. I'VE FOUND THAT WHOLE CHICKENS AND TURKEY PIECES MAKE THE BEST RESULTS. PORK SPARERIBS TEND TO BECOME TOO DRY. THE CLEANUP IS VERY MESSY."
