SmartCat Peek A Prize Toy Box - 3833

I got this for my 2 grown cats. They did not show they liked it at first, but when I leave for the day for work, I put 2 balls in it and when I come home, the balls can be found anywhere in the house. I don't think they want me to know they like it.

My cat lost interest quickly, not enough activity!

Yes, I would recommend this product. My very playful young adult cat enjoys hiding things and trying to get them out, so I purchased this. He especially likes it when I place treats in it.

The outside surface of the holes were smooth and beveled but on the inside where it punches through I found sharp edges and burrs which worried me. After spending an hour reaming the inside edges, I decided it was safe enough to turn over to the cats, who weren't really interested in it. I try to get them interested in this box every now and then with balls and toys, but they just don't respond to it. I have other SmartCat products which I like a lot, but this one just didn't work for me.

This is a great cat toy but my grandson likes to play in it as much as the cats do. It really keeps their attention. But I would love a selection of rubber balls and yarn ball that would fit in the thing longer than my cats can figure it out. I put in three toys and they have all three toys out of the box in less than 5 minutes. Overall I would buy it again and I would recommend it to friends and family!

My girls love to discover the different toys I put in the holes. Crinkle mice & balls, feathery toys, cat nip baggies. They're never bored with this, which keeps them from getting into my into my stuff. Another wonderful feature is its durability; not cheap plastic. And if I remember correctly, Made in America.

Awesome toy! My one year old cat has soo much energy and this keeps him busy for long time. He took to it immediately, but also was able to get the toys out almost immediately so we put larger toys inside to keep him busy longer!
