I like the look!! I CANNOT get the overflow to the bottom tier!! It will not flow over!! That is disappointing!

The fountain is great! The quality is just what we were expecting. Setting it up was very easy for us too!
Clean your fountain!

If you're having problems keeping your fountain clean and clear, you can try using the Fresh Fountain cleaner. It's from the same manufacturer.
Filter keeps clogging. Anyone have a solution
David from Virginia
This fountain worked great for about two weeks and then the filter started clogging on pretty nearly a daily basis. It gets this brown slimey sludge stuff alll around it. For the life of me I can't figure out what it is or where it's coming from. I called the manufacturer and they told me to just take the pump apart and clean it out with a cotton swab, which I did. It worked great for a couple of days and then was full of sludge again. If anyone has an idea of what might be causing this I would love for you to post about it along with a solution. We really do love the fountain. One of the things I like about it the most is it stores up energy like a battery so it will still work on a cloudy day. Again, if anyone has a solution I'd love to hear it. Thinking about flushing it with Lime-Away or Clorox but I don't want to ruin it.
