Ive assembled hundreds of trampolines....I like this one! from Dallas, TX on 08/20/2013
My name is Joey Staton, and I run Jumpy Joey Trampoline Company out of the Dallas, TX area. My specialty is Trampoline Assembly for families. I assembled this very unit today in Mckinney, TX for a client. It took about 4 hours (and I put together well over 100 trampolines a year), alone, but would have taken much longer if I were inexperienced. The frame is a very high quality. The pads and enclosure are very nice as well. The pole coverings are not wonderful, but I don't run into many trampolines that have great pole coverings. The idea I tell everyone is if the poles get damaged over time, then just customize your trampoline with pool noodles with the color of your children's choice. One negative worth noting is that when I opened the boxes, many of the pieces were out in the open and not packaged securely. I feared at first pieces might be missing, but they were all in fact there....just looked rushed on the packaging. That's the manufacturer's fault though, and not the fault of Wayfair. I would not only recommend this product to others, but I'm also highly considering carrying this product in my full service line up as well. I assemble a ton of trampolines and enclosures can be rather difficult, but I cannot tell you how glad I am with the simplicity of Skywalker Trampoline's Enclosure system. The enclosure attaches to the v holes where the springs connect, and it's very well constructed. Highly Recommended!!! If you're in Dallas or Fort Worth and need assistance with yours then just simply search Jumpy Joey on the internet, and I'll come to your rescue.

Great Product from granite falls, NC on 03/25/2015 – Verified Buyer
this trampoline is HUGE my children have more than enough room to jump and flip in any direction they can think of. The safety net interlocking with the jump surface almost eliminates the chance for them to come into contact with springs which gives me peace of mind. I was able to assemble it alone in approximately 4 hours, keep in mind i have never put up a trampoline before. The directions are a bit confusing but with the diagrams provided its not too difficult to figure out. Product seems to be very well made it's only been 3 weeks but so far we've had no issues. I would absolutely recommend this product to friends and family. The free 2 day shipping was spot on i ordered on a Sunday and it was at my door before noon on Wednesday.

HUGE trampoline. Nice! from Baton Rouge, LA on 02/03/2015 – Verified Buyer
This is a very large trampoline, which my daughters wanted because they like to do a couple of backhand springs in a row, and this is big enough for them to do so. My main negative about the trampoline is that it doesn't have as much natural bounce as I think it should. Our smaller 14 foot diameter trampoline allows "easy" jumping. I thought that it may have been something related to our installation, but we verified that we had the longer/oblong part attached where it was supposed to be, and everything was stretched out in the right direction. So it just takes more effort to bounce if you're trying to just enjoy yourself and have fun. But all in all it is a pretty nice trampoline if you want a larger surface area and not pay through the roof!

Great product, matches the description. from Nixa, MO on 05/12/2015 – Verified Buyer
We have had a 15' trampoline for a couple of years, but needed to order another due to the net being broken. This arrived quickly, was fairly easy to put together. The oval shape seems to be a little less tight as far as the actual bounce compared with the circle, but still a great product and doesn't affect the jumping unless a lot of people are on at one time, which the manufacturer warns shouldn't happen. Still, fully aware of the warning, all 5 of my children have been on at one time to stargaze and that is where we could see the bigger size sags a bit more than the smaller one. Overall, the kids love it and we would purchase again. Pros: Quick shipping, easy assembly, large size Cons: Sags a bit more compared to a round trampoline, entrance onto trampoline seemed to be in a weird position, but that is how it was supposed to be, just not centered between bars.

Great trampoline! from Los Altos, CA on 03/23/2014
Originally I was going to purchase a rectangular trampoline, but the cost was way up there. For under $450, we got this 17' oval and it is the best purchase we ever made for the kids. My kids (9 & 5 yrs), LOVE to go out everyday to jump on it along with their friends who come over. It is very sturdy and good quality. I think it took my husband with minimal help from me about 4-5 hours to put together. Just follow the instructions carefully and pay attention to the labeled pieces, so you're not having to redo the connections.

Extremely happy so far from Dennis Port, MA on 06/30/2015 – Verified Buyer
I have had this for 3 weeks. The kids love it. The product is sturdy. There was a funny comment about directions and we couldn't find ours so we watched the online video... but they were buried between layers of shipping cardboard. If I can keep this for a year then it has definitely been a great investment for us. One note of caution, as with any trampoline you cannot let your kids go wild on it, or they will get hurt. We had an ankle sprain but it was because 4 kids were jumping onto each other (kind of obvious) Pros: Assembly was fairly easy - easier with 2 people. I am 190 pounds and I can JUMP and this is pretty sturdy. The net around the edge is very helpful at keeping you on the trampoline Cons: If you have wild kids that don't listen, don't buy any trampoline they'll get hurt. If you're an adult over 200 pounds, you'll be out of luck with this one. We've gone over (250,260) and the sides start to wiggle around like there's an earthquake

Product description is stated correctly from Helena, MT on 10/06/2015 – Verified Buyer
Fast delivery (arrived within 3 days)! I gave it a 4 instead of a 5 star because I think it should have came with some anchors because of coarse we were to excited to get it setup that we totally forgot to do it and less than a week later our new $500 dollar trampoline was three houses down in the neighbors yard. The wind took it right off the ground and it became a tornado- destroying everything in its path (including two different fences and multiple premature trees), which ended costing us over $3000 which is covered by homeowners insurance and on top of that the whole trampoline was ruin and the 1 year warranty does not cover weather related damage! Since, we are a young family it was just a hard lesson learned! I still love shopping with Wayfair and enjoy their customer service! Pros: Ships fast and is easy to assemble! Cons: Replacement parts are expensive and they aren't always the exact ones!

HappyJumper from Colleyville, TX on 12/27/2013 – Verified Buyer
We ordered this for Christmas for our 3 year old little girl. She absolutely loves it. Woke up on Christmas morning and hasn't stopped jumping since. Good safety netting and pad. With the exception of the shipping problems on FedEx's part, things went off without a hitch. I ordered this a week before Christmas and one box arrived on time and I had to fight FedEx for the other one. Set up was relatively easy and in total took about 2.5 hours for set up. As with any trampoline, you will have to take it apart a few times to get it right so have patience. Oval mats seem to be the toughest since you have to locate the oval to make it work just right. A circle or square would be easier since all sides are same dimensions. Go on YouTube and watch some of the other dads put this together to give you a good idea of what you are in for. Wear gloves is my only advice and know you will put the springs on a few times before it is 100. Seems to be good quality and the price is very good compared to the springless trampolines. So far, a big fan of the trampoline and Wayfair.

Skywalker 17 x 15 Trampoline from Youngstown, OH on 07/02/2012
First, it came with 2 days free shipping and I had it the next morning - not even 24 hours after I ordered it. Second, I was worried by the reviews that it would be hard to put together, but my 16 year old daughter put the frame together with my 11 year old daughter. I didn’t help until we had to flip the frame over to install the mat & enclosure. I would say the hardest part of the entire process is lining up the mat to the frame because the trampoline is oval. There was a white chalk line on both sides of the matt indicating the 17 ft. length but there was no markings on the frame. It only took us a few tries to get it lined up. I highly recommend following the directions for installing the springs, starting with every 24, then every 12, then every 6. This will save your hands from installing and uninstalling 96 springs if you are not lined up. I would totally recommend this trampoline. My girls love it!!
