The assembly of the legs was easy, but I wasn't sure that they were going to stay attached once I flipped the ottaman over. I've learned my lesson about buying heavier items online. It came well packaged with instructions for minor build requirements. Service Review Over the phone service was exceptional. The rep advised on timing and pricing (including customs fees, exchange, and taxes). blondie from Southern California	5.0 1/24/2011 Great Ottoman We bought this ottoman in chocolate brown..it is exactly the same color has it is pictured. It is the perfect size for our media room. We have a leather and ultrasued sectional and it goes perfect. I was worried when I first ordered that it would look cheap but it does not..pleasantly surprised. I actually did not put the legs on it since our sectional is really low and it still looks great. A great ottoman for the price..I did not want to get something expensive since this is our media room (we also have a 4 year old) and not main family room..very happy! Was this helpful? Yes / No

Service Review Order wasn't shipped until a few days after they said it would, but CSN got right on the manufacturer/shipper, I didn't even have to tell them too. A day after I received an email about the shipping occurring late, it arrived. They must have expedited the shipping for me, with no extra charge and again without me asking them too. Great service.
