Skyline Furniture Panel Bed

Love the looks, but almost 3 weeks later it has a really bad odor (maybe from packaging). Instructions for assembly were not real clear, but we managed to get together. Just took longer than expected.

Love that I ended up choosing this bed. It looks way better in person then online pictures due it justice. Putting it together was relatively easy. Instant glamour in the bedroom.

As we live in Canda, I was a little nervous about ordering such a large piece from an online company. When it arrived, only 3 weeks after purchase (1 week early) the boxes were in pretty rough shape, however when I opend all the boxes I found to my delight that the frame and headboard had been wrapped so well there wasn't even the slightest hitch or scuff in the material! The assembley went great, all of the parts were there and the instructions were easy to follow (pictures only), when my husband was screwing one of the legs onto the frame (using his hand) he broke off the internal screw thread. lucky for us we have a small welding machine. The welds on the legs are not expertly done. The bed is all set up and very sturdy, the silver color actually has a hint of blue to it, but it works quite well in our room. I will be ordering more from this site and will be recommending it to others.

I was very hesitant about order an upholstered bed online especially without getting samples first. I am so glad I went with my gut and got this bed. It makes out bedroom complete and we absolutely love it! The set up was easily done with two people, instructions were simple and clear. The bed looks expensive and well built. The material is exactly what I wanted as is the color. I applied Scotch Guard upholstery protector the very first day to keep the bed looking like new. Very happy with our purchase!

This bed is exactly as it appears online. It was not difficult to put together. A previous review stated that the corners of the bed do not come together and that there is a gap between the sideboards. If you gradually tighten the screws on the side boards you can prevent this from happening. Before putting the bed together I sprayed all of the pieces with scotch guard to prevent future stains.

I had seen reviews on this style of bed that mentioned it was hard to put together. That is absolutely not the case. My husband put this together all on his own with no assistance and no special tools. It is sturdy, the material is good quality, and of course, it looks beautiful!

It looks rich and fabulous. I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 stars because the fabric isn't a very textured shangtung. I would have preferred it to be a more "raw" silk texture. This is a little too smooth for my taste. PS, if you need color swatches before ordering, call Wayfair and they'll order them from Skyline Furniture for you! Super helpful!

We had been hunting for the perfect upholstered bed at the perfect price for a while. Similar ones at places like [...] were out of our price range, but we were pretty nervous to order a bed we had never seen from online. We decided to take the risk and were very pleased with what we received. This bed has a nice, quality fabric, and looks amazing when assembled. Examined with a critical eye, you can see that costs were cut by using strip nailhead (instead of each one being hammered on) and the pieces of the frame that surround the mattress do not match up perfectly at the joints, so there are not very noticeable gaps. I am still very happy with the bed. My interior designer sister was also very impressed and she is very critical of cheap furniture. If this is the style of bed you are looking for, I recommend this bed!

I think that the bed would have been more upscale looking if the nailheads were silver or pewter instead of brass, especially with the silver color material I ordered. Otherwise, it is very nice.
