I was also kind of skeptical on the low price. However I was very happy when I got this. It arrived in less than a week, and the oatmeal color was true to the picture. It was also easy to put together. I just wish it came in more choice of fabrics instead of the microfiber which is the only reason i dropped a star. Overall, Im very happy with this purchase. New Home Owner from San Diego, CA	4.0 11/9/2011 Very Chic! This headboard looks great. I especially love its dbl line of tufting and its micro sued upholstery. I have actually never had a headboard on my bed before and this makes my bedroom look very chic and very grown up. It was pretty easy to put together, but it is best with 2 people. The washers for the screws actually didn't fit for their directions, but that wasn't really a problem in the end. The only con (and can't be specific to this headboard but more the company) is that they didn't offer a lighter color. I was hoping for a more cream/ off- white color. This is the lightest I could find. It still looks great but its oatmeal color does have that little hint of gray. Was this helpful? Yes / No

Called Wayfair immediately and they were helpful right away but getting a replacement headboard has taken calls and emails. Their service is not great, no one could tell me when I would really have a replacement. And no one told me I had to return the damaged headboard until I asked. Service Review Not happy with the service people. I was told a new headboard would be sent right away, then they are making you a new one, maybe by next Friday. At first they told they did not need the old headboard now they want it returned. I also ordered another piece of furniture and it is unclear when it will arrive.
