Way back at the end of the 1800-hundreds the ideal of the Grenen furniture adorned the gardens of Skagen. The modern version with galvanized metal frame and solid teak slats both keeps the light expression of the ideal and gives priority to comfort.

About Skagerak Denmark and Teak

Teak grows in South-East Asia. The planks are dark with a golden or greenish hue, often with appreciable iridescence. In some planks the grain can appear almost black. Teak is heavy, hard and stable. With its high content of naturally impregnating oils, teak is extremely resistant to wet and dry rot. Teak is used for our Hardwood Plank, Ship’s Plank, 3-Layer Plank, Teak Marine and Decking Plank.
