Sturdy but uncomfortable[...]

Product Review

The product is solid. It is darker than the one on the picture. It looks nice but the back is very uncomfortable.

Service Review

I ordered the products on 8/15. They were shipped on 8/20, arrived at the local distributor on 8/30. However, I only received the products on 9/22 after several phone calls to the shipper and local distributors. After the delivery, I found two legs of one chair were missing. The delivery company had to make a second trip for the legs. It was supposed to be a "whilte gloves" delivery. However, they delivery people did not know how to assemble the tables I bought together with the chairs. After they left, I found the top and the base of the table were still two pieces. I had to ask them come back again to put them together.
