Delivery no problem

I purchased these and after the first washing the seams on the edges of the towels frayed so the edges are unfinished and jagged looking. I called the company to see if they would replace them with another brand and the representative told me that it must have been because I didn't follow the care instructions on the towels and refused to replace them. That seems unlikely to me since I've been washing the family towels the same way for 20 years and never had a fraying problem in the first couple of weeks of ownership before. It was unfortunate they chose to deal with a quality control issue in such a manner. I wouldn't suggest using either the product or ordering anything through this merchant.
