I have had this set for a few months and the handle to the recliner snapped off in my hand this morning. This is the only way to recline, I am not very happy. When I purchased it, the quality was advertised as in the excellent range and now I see it is lower. It's a fabulous size and it fits everyone well for movie night, when we all want to stretch out. [...] The sections themselves do not fit together very well and the corner is constantly sliding out of place. The cushions also slide out. To put the recliners back into the sitting position, you have to push hard, so young children or the elderly would NOT be able to use the recliner because of the strength required. It looks great, the price was there, but the overall quality and usability is just not. I didn't buy this to sit in a room to look at, I bought this for daily use and to fit a family of six on family night. It falls a bit short.

The sectional did have a corner scraped off in the back, other than that delivery was pretty painless.
