Ask yourself one question? What is my expectation??? If you're expecting champagne on a beer budget, you'll be disappointed. The product is avg, it's lifespan will be determined by the amount of usage. Warning, don't use everyday .

Overall I am really pleased with this purchase. I was a little nervous about ordering furniture online, however I would do it again in a heartbeat. I ordered taupe, and the overall color is a little more yellow toned than I had expected, but it's pretty. The cushions are very comfortable, the overall quality and feel of the leather denotes quality and durablility. The loveseat has some issues on one side that we did not notice right away. It is a little lower on one side, almost like the frame is loose or broken on that side. It makes it where it doesn't want to lock closed when you get up from the loveseat. I'm a bit disappointed with that, but I guess I should have inspected it more thoroughly when we first got it. You can still use it, you just have to be mindful of it and not lean on the outside edge and also make sure to work with it to get it to lock closed. Overall I feel like it was a real bargain for the price.

I got this between Thanksgiving and Christmas. I got a text while I was working saying 'furniture in driveway, it doesn't fit, please come home asap'. Truly, they were just panicking! It comes with the backs removed from the seats, and looks HUGE, but it is PERFECT, even in my small living room. Very comfortable (very very comfortable), mechanisms are great. We have two dogs who are all over our furniture all the time. Not a scratch, and they love the furniture too. The only thing I would change is that the middle seat on the sofa doesn't recline, and you can't make it into a hard surface to set something on. However, I knew that in advance, so no biggie. THANK YOU for the great selection. I love my new livingroom!

I purchased this recling set online and the color is perfect and I was very pleased with my purchase and very satisfied, comfortable cushions, plush! [...] Family came to view and have recommended them to Wayfair. Will order again when needed!

these are comfortable and look like the picture. the price was great [...] however they came slightly damaged and returning prices wouldn't be worth fixing them. the back side looks very cheap and doesn't look good exposed.

The delivery was prompt. The couch set arrived well protected in plenty of plastic wrap and felt. That's was why I was so surprised when the love seat had a 2 in. triangular tear in the fabric on the right side. I called CSN and they've squared it away, right away.

Sofa is good if you do not have tall people in your family. The cushions/ headrests are short...Not as comfortable as i was expecting....
