overall ,i love the cudler, but the only dislike would be it doesn't go down & stay without extra push\ i hope it get seasier in time

Customer service is outstanding. They will go the second and third mile for you. The chair is the biggest chair anywhere. The micofiber is very smooth and nice to the touch. The recline will go completely flat, naps are very restful.

i have been looking for a recliner for some time .. either too small , cheaply built , or way too expensive . This one is ideal, reclines easily , comes in two sections so easy to get through doors , just soft enough , and looks good as well. Would easily recommend , in fact have sold two more for my friends . if you have the room because it is bigger than others , then buy it now and start enjoying those Sunday afternoon games ...

I love this chair, I shopped around and found the best price on this chair from wayfair and even though I bought it without ever sitting in it first I cant tell you how awesome the chair is and the quality and craftsmanship is second to none. If you find a similiar chair for less I would suggest you just spend the difference and buy this chair from wayfair because not only will the cheaper chair be inferior, but the service before during and after the sale will pale in comparison. I was disappointed at the "hardness" of the seat area. The recliner is the perfect size for me and my son, but just not comfortable when we sit in it to read a book or cuddle. I had hoped it would have been softer. The color is perfect. The size I love. I was just disappointed when I sat in in. I waited more than a month and it really wasn't worth the wait.
