Backward curviture in middle causes sholder and neck strain. No curviture from side to side to keep you in the middle of chair. Constant feeling or pressure to put chair back upright position. Lock leg rest handle pointing straight up when you need to lock down. Leg rest is extremely hard to lock down unless you kick it, constantly kicking it with the heel of your foot. Headrest bulges at center forcing your head to one side or the other.

I totally agree that this chair is very comfortable, BUT the fact that it absolutely does recline way too easily is very frustrating. This mechanism needs to be addressed, otherwise it has two positions: sitting upright, or fully reclined.

My new chair arrived yesterday,,,I ended up sleeping in it last night. This is a very comfortable chair. It sits high which is good since I have bad knees. Love the feel of leather,[...]. I would definately buy another if I had the room. Great company to do business with!

I purchased this recliner a little over a year ago, and the upholstery is cracking. It was a gift for my husband, who is a senior citizen and is the only person who uses this chair in his den. [...] that the company said this is to be expected with normal use. Ha, ha AFTER ONLY A YEAR. Don't waste your money.

Delivery took 2-3 weeks longer than advertised, as the product was not available for shipment when I placed my order. Communication with the seller was pretty good, but I did not like the fact that the website mentioned nothing about the item being back-ordered. Otherwise, a good shopping experience.

This recliner is definitely worth the money...my only complaint really is that it reclines far too easily. When I put my feet up I would like to be able to recline back just slightly but it seems that with this model it is easier said than done. It is either sitting full up with your feet up, or it's all the way back. Keep in my I'm a solid 6'2" 225lbs. so it might be different with someone of smaller stature. In hindsight I would still get this recliner...

I've had this chair for over a month and I purposely waited to write this review until I was sure about it. The following is the honest review that I wish someone had written before I bought the chair. On a positive note, the chair looks great. If I never had to sit in it, it would be perfect. The listed info on product dimensions is wrong. The chair is shorter than described by about 5 inches. The seat of the chair is as described in the dimensions. The chair is uncomfortable in the rocking position unless you allow yourself to slouch in the chair. If you sit up straight, your weight shifts back slightly while rocking and causes the chair to not rock properly. If you don't mind all the slouching and not being able to rock very far, the chair is comfortable when rocking. The chair is very lacking in lumbar support. The chair creaks a lot when rocking. When reclined, the chair literally falls all the way back. There is no in between reclining position. The chair is comfortable when reclined all the way back. The leg of the chair is very difficult to put down. If you try to put the leg down with the handle, you could rip the handle off. Get ready to work those hamstrings when you get out of this chair. The seams on the bonded leather are very irritating to the skin and they are everywhere (especially on the armrests). I'm going to have to purchase a chair cover to deal with this problem. You don't always get what you pay for when you spend a lot. But in this case, spending less definitely gets you a lot less. This chair is for medium size women and small framed men. I didn't need a chair for large men. I just needed a chair for a normal sized man. This is not it.

Service Review

Delivery was prompt. It arrived in good condition. The only customer service I received was from the hand truck I used to move my chair from the back of the truck all the way into my house by myself. Other online companies ship this item all the way into the house. But, not CSN. When dealing with CSN, I have to break my back to finish the shipping job for someone else. NEVER AGAIN CSN !

Not disappointed.
