My husband is a professional chef and he loves this! It makes a perfect hot sandwich.
Best baking liner!

These are by far are the best baking sheets I've ever used. It's more expensive than others but it's great! I use it a lot for baking pizzas and even if I cut the pizza with a sharp cutter, it doesn't perforate the sheet (unlike others I've used). The sheet turn into a darker color after usage because of all the oils but as long as you maintain it and keep it clean, it will last for a while.

Love the ease of not having to grease the pan before baking. The silpat is easy to clean.

Great invention! Perfect for baking cookies, roasting veggies and anything that is messy or sticky. Super easy to clean, I'm getting 2 more of these little beauties for myself and going to give as Christmas gifts this year. All pros/no cons!
Perfect and professional

saw the mat on a cooking show and decided that would be easier than cutting parchment paper all the time, and it is. pricey at first but will pay for itself in time.

I do a lot of baking and I've always wanted to buy one of these. But I thought they were too expensive. I am so glad I finally bought it.

I had read wonderful things about this product. They all turned out to be true. I will never use parchment paper again. Love it!
