This sideboard is beautiful! I had been looking for a "TV Stand" to put under our new wall mounted TV. Most of the TV stands I found were very low to the ground. I wanted something tall, so that it mostly covered all the unsightly cords hanging down, and just deep enough to fit all the needed components (ie, cable box, DVD player, etc.), with space to store movies and games too. It also needed to have a glass front so the remotes would work, and my grandson couldn't touch them. This fit all of that criteria, and is sturdy and looks like a high end piece to boot! I should note a few things though...the listed measurements are 41" H x 48" W x 19"D, and the ACTUAL measurements are 36"H x 46"W x 16.5"D. Also, the picture shows it as green with brass looking knobs, but the unit I received is black with pewter knobs(which I actually like better). I should also note, that my husband had to drill holes in the back for the wires since this is technically not a TV stand.
