Amazing knife - cuts soooo well! Shun makes some amazing knifes. While I'm not an expert chef, the balance, sharpness and quality of the knife is amazing. I have used this and a Wustoff knife and this one just feels better. Highly recommended! |

Best knives I've used to date. We were given a shun as a wedding gift. Hands down the best wedding gift received and the best knives we've ever had the luxury of cooking with. Not to mention, shun knives look like show pieces. Few negatives come to mind when trying to describe them. The only draw back is they must be hand washed and I doubt you would want to leave them wet. They are deadly sharp and hold an edge well. My poor henckels haven't seen the light of day since the shun arrived. |
