The pool was bordered by two terraces and a BBQ area. For each, was designed as if they were indoor spaces to add to glamor and comfort. Pointe Furniture rattan seating and Pavilion Furniture iron daybed were mixed and matched to create more interesting look than matching sets. Looking at this photo, everything seems regularly scaled, but in fact, it's all massive. Anchored by a Baltus table with chrome details and painted driftwood top, the linen color of the sofa was selected because it matches almost perfectly with the ocean in the background. The design and color scheme of this space was inspired by and developed around the client's rug, already in their possession. The room came to life with orange details such as the antique Japanese chests, linens and orange silk chandelier, which is reminiscent of mesmerizing movement of jellyfish. The bed is by Italian designer Maxalto, but looks ... The design and color scheme of this space was inspired by and developed around the client's rug, already in their possession. The room came to life with orange details such as the antique Japanese chests, linens and orange silk chandelier, which is reminiscent of mesmerizing movement of jellyfish. The bed is by Italian designer Maxalto, but looks Balanese and the framed kimonos behind the bed enhance this even more. The base of the bed actually connects with the base of the chests to create a built-in effect. The large seating area is filled with Barclay Buter chairs facing the water, an authentic Moroccan ottoman, and a plantation chair with mother-of-pearl inlay. Read more
