Beautiful chair/inconsistent construction
Roslyn from Iowa City, IA – Verified Buyer
We ordered 2 of the tomato red chairs a few months back, and had to wait for 2 more to come into stock. The first two were of good quality, and we are very happy with them. By the time another one became available, however, the manufacturer changed some of the hardware used to assemble the chair, and the quality is inferior. The original hardware was all metal, and the new has some plastic parts, which is not what one expects from a chair of this price. We are hopeful that it holds up, and still plan to order one more to complete a set, but wish that this company hadn't decided to skimp on quality with cheaper parts, while charging customers the same price. (Actually, the price went up a bit...disappointing.) Still, they are a beautiful red color, and much less expensive than some of the other alternatives out there. We'll see how well they last...
Solid, good looking chair
Karen from Arlington, VA – Verified Buyer
I got this chair in Burnt Brown a year and a half ago to put on an expanded front porch that I had just had built. It is a little more compact fore to aft than many Adirondacks -- I needed something that would not hog all the space -- but does not sacrifice comfort. It was easy to put together (took us about 20 minutes out on the lawn) and a standard chair seat pad and neck roll fit it. The only reason it doesn't get that fifth star is that some of the wood on the arms is a little rough here, or slightly cracked there. None of these flaws have gotten worse in the two winters and one summer it's been out there, though. I expect to use it for years. Pros: Super value for price, sturdy, stable Cons: Finishing just a little rough
Love the Color
Cathy from Salem, NJ
I ordered this chair along with a blue and white one, however, it was months before I could put them together (my move date changed to my new beach cottage). I was finally able to have them assembled and the first time I sat in the red one, I leaned on the arm and it cracked. I called Wayfair the next day and explained my plight to "Jesse". He was the absolute best and said to me "You had to be so dissapointed and I'm going to make this right". Well, he did. The computer even told him that the chairs were out of stock. He went the extra mile, called the warehouse and kept on top of the order, even when it was backordered, he kept in touch with me. I told him how wonderful Wayfair Customer Service is - they truly do go above and beyond to make something right. I will forever be a loyal customer of Wayfair. Thanks Jesse, for all that you do.
Awesome & Easy to Assemble Chairs!

I ordered 2 of these chairs about a month ago. I ordered the raw option so I could prime and paint any color I wanted. Let me tell you, I am a petite mom who isn't handy by any means and was able to put this together without a problem! They are absolutely beautiful for my front porch. We have been sitting on them almost every evening and they haven't shown any signs of loosening or wiggling. For the price, I would recommend this to anyone!
Good value; very comfortable

These chairs were easy to assemble, the finish (green) looks great, and they are very comfortable. I was a bit worried that they would be too low to the ground, but that turned out not to be the case. While there were no real defects in the materials, the overall material and build quality is certainly inferior to (much) more expensive chairs. The wood is a bit thin, some of the joints are a bit weak, etc. I have only had the chairs a month, but expect them to last several years outside with occasional use. No complaints.

I'd recommend this Adirondack chair to anyone! It was easy to assemble - back and seat came pre-assembled - so only 8 pieces to put together. It's natural, so will need a coat of protectant, but I expected that and it's no big deal. It's nice and sturdy and I love that it's natural finish. It could be painted if you prefer that look, but it will be perfect as is around our firepit. My kids got me the matching ottoman for my birthday! :-)

SO happy with the Burnt Brown Adirondack chairs I purchased! Beautifully stained and solid construction. After I made the purchase my husband did some comparison shopping and was SURE I spent well over $200 for each chair! Not even close, and they look gorgeous around our new firepit.
great low price Adirondack chairs
Bethany from Columbia, SC – Verified Buyer
Bought two for my porch. As soon as you open the package, they fill the room with the fresh smell of cedar. Easy to assemble, and even come with a fully assembled back and seat. I painted mine with deck paint after acclimating to the outside air for a week, and they look great! Way cheaper than the prepainted chairs, even when you factor in a gallon of all weather paint. Highly recommend.
Cheerful little chairs
Phyllis from Minneapolis, MN – Verified Buyer
These Adirondack chairs are so cheerful, they make me happy every time I see them. They went together easily, according to my husband. My only complaint is that one has a little gouge in the seat that took off the paint over it. I don't know how it happened, but at least they are being sat on.
Love these chairs!

We ordered a pair of these chairs in turquoise - the color is gorgeous! They were pretty easy to put together, although the instructions were worthless. They are very lightweight but still feel like sturdy chairs, and my husband and I find them very comfortable but they are on the narrow side. I'll probably get pillows for them but they're pretty comfortable without anything. And even painted they have that delicious cedar smell! Great furniture for the price. We also got a rocker and the bench and are very happy with them as well.
