The product arrived in a timely manor, and was no hassle through the shipping procedure. The product came intact with all components and is of quality material. I am satisfied with my purchase.

Super fast delivery, good instructions. Would be an improvement for the parts to be separated into at least 3 "bags". As is in one box, too heavy to move to the location of set up, etc.
Great value for the price

Fast shipping , supper easy to assemble, I did it by myself even though the instructions say 2 people. All said and done two hours and my 22 foot boat was covered. This is the perfect set up for a wake boarding boat cover system.
Loved this tent

SO FAR SO GOOD

PRODUCT & ASSEMBLY WERE AS EXPECTED. I'M USING IT TO STORE 4 CARS AND I'M HAPPY WITH THE RESULT. I DID PURCHASE ADDITIONAL BOLTS TO USE INSTEAD OF PINS SUPPLIED TO ATTACH UPPER LEGS TO TOP FRAME. COVERING IS LIGHTER WEIGHT THAN EXPECTED, BUT ONLY TIME WILL TELL HOW LONG IT LASTS IN THE HOT CALIFORNIA SUN.
What a nightmare

Bought the 18x20 for a trade show...it came with missing parts and bent tubing. If you buy this product, enventory and check each piece. Plus could use more hardware.
excellent stability and longevity

I owned my 12 X 26 canopy for 3 years and only had it blow away twice. Ease of construction without any fasteners is why I bought it in the first place and continue to be happy with it. The fact that it is very light gives me the ability to pick it up and move it to the other side of my house with only four persons. Due to it's light weight you do have to strap it down from the side of the roof. If you don't the poles will come apart and the tarp will become a parachute flying into the air and landing hundreds of feet away. I know this by experience.

We purchased this to provide a canopy over our 23' RV. We found the tubing very hard to put together and the frame still wobbly once done because of the lightweight tubing. We found it necessary to drill holes into every connection to stabilize the frame with bolts. We bolted the footplates into concrete pillars and also bought Shelter-Logic's so-called auger anchors which we had to dig into the ground. The auger itself isn't large enough to work very well as an anchor, unless concreted in, but this allowed us to cross brace the back of the canopy and the sides. We think at last we have a pretty stable canopy.
great product - good service
