steve gove from palm city, florida	2.0 4/18/2012 Does not hold up I put the shelter up 14 months ago. I guess the sun/uv got to it. We had 15 to 20 mph winds and it ripped at the seems. Kinda funny it has a 1 year warranty and tore just after the warranty expired. I liked the shelter but I am waiting to see what a replacement cover is going to cost. Was this helpful? Yes / No

Very sturdy, a few weeks after putting it up we were struck with some of the most severe wind and rain I have ever seen and the shed took it easily. Yogibear8 from Queensbury, NY	4.0 5/23/2011 Satisfied Purchase I purchased this unit to replace a previous ShelterLogic garage that was damaged during this winter's HEAVY snow. The new one is a bit higher with a more severe pitch and it is my hope that this will help to keep the snow from accumulating on the roof of the garage. This unit fit very well in the same general location as the previous unit and my Dodge Dakota truck fits in there very nicely with plenty of room for more storage. This one has a grey exterior and my previous unit had a dark green exterior- I would suggest staying with the green if you are changing too...while the grey is okay- I think the green tends to blend a bit more. During assembly- there seems to be a number of steps that seem to "step backward" causing you to remove nuts and bolts that had been previously installed (and now you are working up high)- if there is some way to accomplish this task during assembly- that would be helpful. Overall- I am pleased with the purchase and the garage itself. Was this helpful? Yes / No

We not only are able to store a vintage car in it but to our delight most of our outdoor tools, lawnmowers, ect with plenty of room to spare. As this is new and has not yet gone thru an upstate NY winter I am reluctent to say anything quite yet about the durability however I can say it it well constructed and we think it will do just great.It was a bit confusing to put together so be VERY careful with the directions. It was a pleasure dealing with Wayfair. I was able to reach a LIVE customer service rep. immmediately when we had a few questions.
