However, it was packaged damaged, and when I contacted Sharp they're having me take it in to a repair place 30 minutes away. It's a HEAVY microwave, so I won't be able to do this alone. A little frustrated with that. Now, about the actual microwave. It's a great size, and looks great on the counter. The brushed steel is really nice and the overall look is sleek and, so far, very easy to clean. Since it replaced a very old microwave, I find myself overcooking things because I set them in there too long. This microwave cooks quickly and evenly. It's powerful and so far I love the features I've used. The sensor reheat doesn't work (due to the damage) so I can't review that. I'll update this reveiw once I get it serviced and can use all it's nifty buttons. Great purchase, so happy with this and am looking forward to using it for years to come. Service Review The delivery was fine, packaging was great and in tact, the microwave was obviously boxed up damaged. This is on Sharp, however, not Wayfair. Was this helpful? Yes / No

They have used it many times, and the microwave has been very reliable. Service Review Delivery - UPS delivered the microwave and left it outside my garage door. No notice to me. No knock or doorbell was used to let me know the microwave was there. I was home at the time. It started to rain and the time the microwave spent in the rain was enough to make the box wet.
