This sofa came in 3 boxes and was packaged very well. The pillows, cushions and legs are located underneath the frame and all were in very good condition. This sofa requires assembly for the arms, back and legs. All tools were included, and it was easy enough that I assembled it by myself. Also, you can choose which side you want the chaise. I thought the pillows were ugly (minor detail) and replaced with pillow of my choice. This sofa is a very sturdy and firm to sit on. I received the sofa yesterday and they brought it in the house and placed it as promised. Did not upwrap [...]. It is very true to the measurements and the wedge is truly 71 inches and curved so it does not go up against wall but the sofas do. You can place them right on the wall and the recliners come out w/o any problem in being right up against the wall. I was worried about fabric but in all honesty, it is great for looking like leather w/o the cold/hot issues or sticking to skin. It is dark, not any light colors on it, when you look close it has black specs on the brown. In 24 hours my 80 lbs dog and 15 lb dogs have been jumping sleeping and even got sick from something the little one ate at the beach. I cleaned it off and took pictures of the drying process. I am very pleased that I can take my fingernails and poke, scratch, and no issues.. I would recommend this to someone who need comfort, it is the most comfortable sofa I have ever sat on and also if you have dogs and kids the wipe up is easy and comes clean. Dont think markers would come out or red wine, but haven't experienced that yet. I do love it and happy that we purchased this one!"..."  Read more

I really love this sofa, the styling is really funky, and the size is great for a smaller apartment or getting up a narrow stairway. I chose the Coburg Soapstone fabric after feeling the others at a store and determining that it was the softest. (Some of the others felt a little to office like) The reason that I gave this 4 and not 5 stars is that: It is very firm. That is not necessarily a complaint, just moreso a surprise. The firmness will be a good thing after time, but i do love that feeling of sinking into a sofa. With that being said I do fall comfortably asleep on the sofa just about everyday."..."  Read more
