Chair was assembled/disassembled previously. Obviously used as either a demo or returned merchandise. Assembly screws were broken off inside predrilled holes. Predrilled holes on one arm stripped/useless. Unfavorable return policy. Cheated - AVOID

After extensive research into many sources, I chose the Seaside Casual EnviroWood Adirondack for its wonderful classic style and the promise of durability with no maintenance. Also, Seaside had the exclusive choice of the wonderful Slate color, which looks so lovely on my patio. The chairs were delivered in record time and are beautiful as well as very comfortable. My one reservation: assembly would have been simple except for the fact that some of the holes for the bolts did not line up well and that made assembly somewhat difficult. All in all, I feel I made an excellent choice in this purchase and look forward to carefree enjoyment of the chairs for many years to come.
