Shedding some light.

Finish is nice, great light coverage. Easy install. I would prefer a more universal mounting plate. My standard 3.0 box didn't quite line up for a perfect fit.
Elegant Outside Light
Burt from Asheville, NC– Verified Buyer
The light shines down on the entry porch or rear patio without glare in one's eyes, or causing "light pollution" in the night sky. I love these fixtures. I bought some 5 years ago for another home and was thrilled to find that they are still being manufactured.
Bought as replacement
Atlantic Storm from Satellite Beach, FL
Bought to replace older ones on my beachside condo. These lights do not last long on beachside condos. The ones I replaced were only 5-6 years old and badly "pitted" and corroded and the light hanger bracket completely rusted through. If it weren't for the condo standard, I would have opted for a non corrosive plastic light from a competitor. Not sure why Sea Gull doesn't use non corrosive materials on these lights. With non corrosive materials it would be an excellent product. They might also be a decent product if installed where there is no salt air.
