This science table has perfect chemistry with any science classroom. These paragons of endurance are built with a solid ash framework, side panels, and legs beneath a 1” thick chemical-resistant tabletop. The work surface is of solid black, firmly secured, high-pressure laminate, resistant to water, and 13 commonly-used laboratory chemicals. Robust legs are spot-welded to the frame with metal-on-metal double-bolts on 13-gauge steel corner braces for maximal strength and durability. Feet are outfitted with rubber liquid-protective boots and casters, stretchers, and braces. The SLT meets MAS Certified Green environmental industrial standards.

Need hot water, but there is no plumbing close? These hot water stations provide the ability to move to any location and still have access to hot water. The oak veneer cabinet features a water heater and water pump providing you with a hot or cold water. Water tanks: 5 Gallon fresh-water tank and 6 gallon waste water tank. They recommend starting with room temperature water in the fresh-water tank to get the maximum use of the water heater. The mobile sink has a stainless steel sink, a hot and cold water mixing faucet and a duplex outlet. It comes with an extension cord and has an outlet. Water heats up to 10 to 15 degrees warmer than the fresh tank temperature.

Manufacturing or shipping defect leads to easily marred surface. First one had highly visible chipped off area exposing the wood composite underlay of the desk table top. Even second replacement top has noticeable scratch that we will live with. Table top is a very heavy piece! The replacement process has left us with the choice of a difficult disposal ourselves or another appointment for pick up of the defective piece. Maple

A unique mobile cabinet that allows the user to store, move and use many electronic devises at one time. The unit has ample storage with two dovetailed drawers and cabinets with adjustable shelves for things like, projectors, printers, laptops, PCUs and other general supply items. The phenolic top is both chemical resistant and easy to clean. The top has a cutout section (21.75"Wx17.25"D) where a monitor can be attached to a flat panel monitor arm. A monitor (not included) can adjust to be exposed above the cabinet, or used in the cabinet and seen through a Plexiglas panel that fits over the opening. A phenolic panel is also included for times when the monitor is not needed. The unit includes a pullout keyboard tray, 2 data ports, an extension cord, a duplex outlet and an inlet plug. On the backside of the unit, doors provide access to a power-strip, which has 8 outlets. Through out the unit there are holes for running cables to the appropriate areas. Venting is cleverly disguised in the bottom of the unit. This is constructed of solid oak and oak veneers with a chemical resistant, earth-friendly UV finish.

Chem Top

This self-contained unit constructed of oak and oak veneers is designed primarily as a work station for the physically impaired. The ChemGuard top has a stainless steel sink, faucet, rod sockets that support the full upright set which is included. The faucet is operated by a toggle switch water pump that pulls and discards the water from the water bottles supplied. The unit has a GFI protected AC duplex electrical receptacle, extension cord and locks on all the drawers and doors. Rolls easily on 4" ball bearing locking swivel casters.

The lab stations is just what I thought I was going to get. There was some damage to it but customer service is taking care of that for me. The assembly was pretty easy to do.
